Union Park Gate is a block of flats situated in Arcadia. This block of  flats was purchased in 1974 and has a total of 80 units in a combination of one, two and three bedroom flats. These flats are ideally suited for couples who prefer a little more space.

All of the units are occupied on a monthly rental basis where the rental charged is well below market value, unfortunately the waiting list for singles is much longer than the waiting list for couples.

We were most recently given two wonderful donations for this complex in the way of a brand new OTIS elevator, installed some 10 years ago. We also received  a donation from the national lottery which was put to use upgrading our combination water heating system, in the likes of a 90 panel solar installation. Since this solar panel installation we have seen a reduction in our electricity expenses.
