We have a proud history and the 1^st of our properties, being the 8 cottages in Danville were occupied in 1952. The 1-bedroom cottages, each on its own fully fenced erf, are ideal for married couples or single elderly people who still enjoy gardening and keeping pets.

All the units are occupied on a monthly rental basis and rent charged is well below market related rentals
